Transport and Delivery:
Your orders are shipped within one working day of order confirmation or receipt of payment for advance bank transfers, of all products available in stock, all orders are insured free of charge.
Delivery time
The products are entrusted to the courier within 24 hours following the order (Saturday and Sunday excluded), orders for available products received by 11.00 will be entrusted to the courier on the same day and delivered within the following 24/48 hours (for Italy) via our trusted courier. In case of shipment to Sicily, delivery will take place in min. 24h. There may be delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and difficult delivery areas. For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country, on average they are 2-5 working days.
Customer care
You will be kept updated throughout the transaction. From the moment the product is sent you will receive a product tracking code and the web address where you can follow the tracking of your shipment online.
Insured shipping
Our shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the buyer.

Applicable law and competent court
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by the Buyer pursuant to this guarantee or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Agrigento. In case of victory of MANNARA' & C. snc. in a possible legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse MANNARA' & C. snc. expenses, including lawyers' fees and court costs, incurred by MANNARA' & C. snc. for your own defense.
